Apologies if you’re really looking for a recipe for Baked Sweet Potato. I did make it, but this post was really to test the move from Blogger to WordPress. Plus we’ve been trying to learn how to take photos with the Canon EOS 450D. However the baked sweet potato was really tasty. I’ll post the recipe very soon.
